Since moving from Jakarta to Bali, finding local food that matches the flavors of Jakarta has been a delightful challenge—different spices, unique sambal, and a cultural shock of varied food names. Amidst the array of Indonesian local foods like bakso, bubur ayam, and mie ayam, my quest for delicious mie ayam led me to a gem in Kuta: Mie Ayam K-oprol!

Priced between 15,000 to 20,000 Rupiah, it's a steal! The portion is just right, the noodles perfectly chewy, generous chicken servings, unrivaled sambal, and a broth that's not just the remnants of boiling but a flavorful concoction. I usually visit after work in Ubud or a day of beach activities in Uluwatu. It not only erases fatigue but brings a unique satisfaction. My two favorites are the original Mie Ayam and Pangsit Rebus.

Their Instagram is here; during the opening of this place, you'll get a complimentary drink for following them on Instagran account. Also, special birthday promos are a thing—don't forget to follow them on Instagram for the latest deals: Mie Ayam K-oprol. Visit them at Jl. Mataram No.17, Kuta, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361 - Google Maps.
